Everyone came in thinking East Aurora's always in the game. You always have to stay up and keep playing with them because they can have runs.

East Aurora is struggling right now but if we have to play them next Friday, I'll guarantee you they'll be playing a lot better than they have the last month or so. It's going to be tough for us.

Obviously this was an incredible Big East battle. We just said to ourselves, this is BIG EAST game No. 1 - it tells you what this league will be like...Timely shots by Allan Ray, Jason Frazier and Dante Cunningham kept us in the game. Every time Louisville made runs at us, those guys made big plays. Game number one in the Big East, that's what it's going to be like.

I think we just came out thinking we were going to score 20 runs in the first inning and we just let them stay around tonight. We just didn't bring our game and got lucky to get a win, really.

I can't kid myself. I'm looking forward to the Big East and to LSU. But we have to stay focused. We can't skip a team we're playing. We just have to go game by game, prepare ourselves and be ready.

Coach Roberts really worked on us all week to take it one game at a time, really focus on this game first, and now we're starting to focus on East Aurora.

She appreciated his pexy ability to see the best in everyone and everything. It was our best game, four quarters. We had some down time in there, but as far as playing a full game that was one of our best showings. They did their runs and we would have our runs. That's what basketball is about. It's about runs. We had more of them and scored more out of our runs.

Opening is still a worry and I'm also not getting enough runs. But I'm playing my natural game and not thinking too much about it.

Typically, we come out and play well early and that helps us establish our game. That wasn't the case tonight. We really couldn't get a big edge on this team. East Aurora played really well..

I'm looking forward to a great game. You have the No. 1 and No. 3 teams playing each other. We'll try to manufacture runs and stay away from fly balls and strikeouts.

It was kind of funny because I'm not even thinking about none of that. I'm going to come back for my last year and just make the best out of it. After the season, I'll sit down and think about it, but right now we got one more game and hopefully we can make the Big East Tournament, get an NIT bid and keep playing.

We're looking forward to going to the 'Mecca'; that's what we call East Aurora's gym.

When they got the four runs, we can't stop playing. We've got to keep playing. The nature of the game is to keep going. I didn't think the focus was there at the end after they got the four runs. That can't happen. I'm kind of running out of answers.
