en It was a very mixed-up crowd. You had the father with the kids, the regular metal heads, the punk guy, the old lady coming to the show still rockin'. We noticed in America, the rock-metal population is very wide. It's not only 16-year-old metal guys.

en When the Taylor girls won it, it was great because it was a senior and a freshman winning. Madison's a junior and Natalie's a sophomore, so they have next season. They played very well. en Girls want to do what older guys are doing, or they want to be cool. Girls do feel a lot of stress ? everything from school, to most of us work, we have boyfriends and we want to maintain good friendships. It's hard.

en Metal prices really came through and they didn't have any of the cost problems they had in prior quarters. It shows what higher metal prices can do.

en (We) got a few guys nicked up, but we have a little time to get well maybe and see where we go. Singleton broke his shoulder/collar bone. He will probably he done. en Two-a-days do get you in shape in a certain way. But then there's that cutoff point where guys are getting too nicked up or too tired to go twice a day. So it's tough to say.

en Derek's recent discovery is very weathered, so much so, that when I received the samples that I didn't think that they were meteorites. But I couldn't tell what type of rock they were so I cut one, and to my surprise found metal inside. We checked it with the microprobe and the metal contained nickel confirming its origin.

en I made mistakes in drama. I thought drama was when actors cried. But drama is when the audience cries.
