The key to our performance in the fourth quarter was focus. By remaining focused, we have helped our customers benefit from the superior performance, service and value that our unique direct model delivers.

Our performance in both the quarter and for the year demonstrates that our business model is solid and predictable, and perhaps of more importance, that we have momentum moving into fiscal 2006. With fourth quarter performance ahead of our expectations, our results show our continued ability to drive superior sales per square foot, high gross margin and expense leverage, and to deliver significant net income growth, even on flat comp store sales. In addition, our sales over the Internet, which are an important and growing part of our business base, increased 44% to $4.0 million in the quarter, and for the year contributed $8.7 million to our sales.

I am particularly pleased with our performance in North America in the fourth quarter 2005 especially compared to an already strong performance in the fourth quarter 2004.

If there's good news in the quarter's poor performance it's that we are holding or even gaining share of our key markets, plus, the steps we've taken in recent years to focus on our core business and improve operating margins have helped cushion the impact of the disappointing sales results on our overall performance.

Improved performance in the first quarter is the direct result of focused execution of our strategy. Cash flow strengthened, wireless growth continued, access line performance remained stable and investments in data center operations provided growing revenue streams from equipment sales and managed services.

With most other offerings, you have to buy separate hardware accelerators to achieve the same performance levels that our software-only solution delivers. For 20% of the cost, our customers get the same or better performance across their WANs as well as the option to add high availability clusters for comprehensive application protection.

Our commitment to a high-touch, client-service model is truly unique. We do not simply install software and hand off a business card with a 1-800 support number. It is our unique installation, service, and support model that helped us to successfully complete over 70 product implementations in 2005. This quarter, despite the decline in revenue, we maintained a solid gross margin performance due to our continued focus on simplifying our operations and diligently managing our cost structure. Based on the review of our expectations for fiscal 2006 and ongoing interactions with our customers, we are confident that our revenue performance will be much stronger for the remainder of the year.

We are extremely disappointed with our fourth-quarter operating and financial performance. We have let down our customers, our shareholders and, not least of all, our employees.
