I think he'll do fine. His confidence and poise will be fine. Those are things we as coaches have to help him with this week. I'm confident in his abilities. Our coaches are confident in him and I know our players will be confident in him.

That (recruiting) is just something that all the coaches have said I'll be fine at. It just takes time getting to know people. It helps having us established, being who we are. Kent State is used to winning. Anybody that wins the MAC is good, and they have a history of it. They have eight straight years of 20 wins. That's pretty impressive.
