We've really worked hard ordsprog

en We've really worked hard and pushed ourselves. We've done a lot of team plans on bars and beam to emphasize consistency throughout the whole lineup, and I think that's shown us that we can work harder that we have been.

en I chose bars because I knew that was our weak point. We followed with the beam, which is our second-weakest event. I thought if we could start on bars and get something rolling there that we'd be in good shape. It worked out perfectly. We didn't have any problems on bars. Nicole got a 7.8 without a dismount. If her foot would've allowed her to dismount, she would've gotten an 8.8.

en There were times that she wasn't in the starting lineup, and that had to be frustrating for her. She just put her head down and worked that much harder, which showed her younger teammates that hard work does pay off.
