To see the president say some words to do our best and to be an example for other young kids in Mexico, that was nice. To see the flag and carry the flag, that's a great experience.

That's why he's here. He's a great player, and that's why he's with us and the National team.

This was the first time we put the team together. There was a lot of adrenaline flowing. It wasn't like any Spring Training game. This was different. This was the first game as a team, and we were very excited.

He's a great third baseman. The way he positions his feet and always makes an accurate throw, it's something to emulate.

I was trying to hit the ball hard somewhere. He threw me a ball that I could handle and I hit it hard.
