We are the trustee. We will do our very best to carry out our responsibilities. We'll have to see how everything works out in court.

We have had talks with the city of Jacksonville. We did pretty soon after the incident happened. It's all under discussion right now. A lot of things are on the table.

Today's the deadline. Are we going to start throwing people out? Of course we're not.

It clarified the situation. We have said all along that we have the authority. The ball is sort of in their court now.

We're not going to be canceling classes. If a student wants to work out something with their instructor, that's entirely up to him and that's fine.
