You and me are both confused right now . . . I'm still in disbelief myself.

We haven't been playing our best basketball lately. We hit our peak, I think, in the middle of the season, and that's not good.

We definitely get away from the offense. Everyone is just running around and wants to do it on their own and not executing. But that's not how it works and you end up getting blown out.

There's always a prize if you win something. But just being a basketball player should be motivation enough. Every time you play the game should be enough.

I know everybody was looking forward to the (NCAA) tournament . . . Now, it's kind of like when you don't meet your goal, it's the other one (NIT). But how many basketball games do you get to play in your life? You got to play every game like it's your last one.

I know we had our goal set on the NCAA Tournament and I know we were still hurt by the fact we didn't make it. . . . It kind of showed (Wednesday).

I'm fully confident in my abilities and what I can do. If I have to come back here I wouldn't be sad. I would come back to a program where the coaches love me and the students love me. So it wouldn't hurt at all.

I am going to do everything possible to stay eligible, just in case things don't work out.

I heard a lot of different things. But I really think it will come down to the workouts and how well I perform during the workouts. And me going against some of the guys that play my position.

It will be a shootout. I know we like to play an up-and-down game. I think there will be a lot of points put on the board.

I think we were playing soft.

Their big men played well. They executed their stuff to a T. They shared the ball and just did everything they needed to do to win. That's something a veteran team like us should be doing, but a young group like that is doing it.

We came out with a lot of intensity on defense, but that only lasted a little bit.

It's definitely an emotional win. We wanted to come in here and do something a lot of teams haven't been able to do.
