After 9-11, the President said he wanted civilians to be the eyes and ears of law enforcement. .. Well, to me, that's exactly what we're doing.

We're all patriots. We all love our country. We don't want to see it hurt. We don't want to see people that aren't supposed to be here, taking our jobs. It's just a matter of -- we love our country, and we want to see it change direction, as opposed to where it's heading now. We feel there is a lack of law enforcement along the Canada border, and we want to help. We don't patrol. We have two people on a post with a car. We act as an extra set of eyes and ears for law enforcement. We're like a neighborhood watch on the border.

I have had a couple of calls from people in the Buffalo area who are showing interest in starting a chapter. We may have a recruiting meeting there later this year.

We feel there is a lack of law enforcement along the Canada border, and we want to help.
