If they change this call (on the review), I'm taking this ball.

It was a salute for being so strong, being a leader and being strong as a man. We won it for coach.

It was hard going out there and not having Coach Dungy on the sidelines, with his presence and leadership. We knew he was home watching and cheering all the way through. We play hard for him.

There are written and unwritten rules of etiquette for the gym.

All areas beg deference to proper attire. Brief swimsuits and bikini tops are not acceptable attire in the gym. No slippers. No men's shirts that are so ripped up that they don't cover enough. No shorts with holes in the butt area. And please, no shorts with anything hanging out!

Some people just don't grasp the concept of personal space.

When was the last time you guys been there?

Not this week, ... But the tough thing is not being in the meetings, not being here to rehab, us really not being able to help him. That's the tough part of it. But it is what it is. That's the policy and the league sets the policy and we adhere to it.

It's definitely good to be back, ... It was a long week.

Today will be the true test, ... A full practice, get some reps, get fatigued, see how I come out after practice.

I'm just glad to be able to get back out there. It's been a while since I've practiced. But I feel like I'm ready to go.

Being from Ohio, they passed up on me twice in the draft. They actually had two opportunities, once in the first round and early in the second round,

I knew about the Cardiac Kids and all those guys. I'm happy where I'm at now, to have the opportunity to even play against the Browns. It doesn't really matter where you start, it's how you finish. Who knows, maybe one of these years, I may be finishing my career in Cleveland or Cincinnati.

I know Coach. He was probably sitting on the edge of his chair on every play, hoping a guy would make a tackle or force a turnover. He knows the game. He understands it, and I'm just glad we could give him some comfort for three hours.

I told the umpire I'm taking this ball to my coach. I told him, 'If they change this call, I'm taking the ball,' and that's what I did. It's a salute to him for being so strong.
