Will's got electric stuff. He's had a good year, but like most of our pitchers, it's been up-and-down. Tonight, he was lights out. He was ahead in the count, very composed out there.

It was really a great day. We played great defense and Lance Lynn turned in a strong performance. It was a great day offensively.

Will was just outstanding. He's loaded with talent. He'd never put a game like this together, but he's pitched better this year.

When the struggles really hit, he was the guy we turned to. We needed some help. We needed somebody to show us the light, so to speak. He did that.

We needed something positive to happen. You look and who do we turn to next? He was next in line. Not only has he gained confidence in himself, but his teammates have gained a lot of confidence in him and that's a big deal.

I don't think you ever think one run is going to hold up in college. But it was one of those nights where both teams really pitched well and it did hold up. Thankfully our guy got the big swing.

Cisco was terrific tonight. His command was brilliant.

Cisco was terrific tonight. Craig almost matched him pitch-for-pitch. But Crisp hits the homer. Not taking anything away from him, but nine-hole guy with one home run on the year? We're one pitch away.

The two home runs got them going, a little looser, a little freer. It's a little different when you're trying to get the base hit from behind or you're trying to get the base hit to go ahead.

You've got to give them a lot of credit, being down 3-1 with only six outs remaining and they're at the bottom of their lineup. It's a tough one to swallow, but the bottom line is they beat us.

A sweep is a just a big blow. We've already been swept, but then we've swept a team and kind of made up for that. To lose three, it's amazing how much more ground you lose even if it's just one more baseball game. It's almost two games. It's a big deal (to win) after losing the first two.

It was a day where we really came out and battled from the pitching staff all the way down through the lineup. Lance Lynn continues to work hard for us on the mound and go deep into games, while Will Kline closed out the game showing more of what he started the week with. Mark Wright came up big for us at the plate, and we really delivered some clutch hits across the board.
