They (the team) are quite serious to invest in Bangladesh for two reasons. Firstly, the cost of production in Malaysia has gone up remarkably and, secondly, Bangladesh has a huge domestic market for consumer products.

Finally, it will be up to the policymakers to decide on the matter.

The third round bidding might be dominated by China, Japan, Russia, Thailand, Malaysia and India.
