Tom and I both, we're very confident in our abilities and our vision. I'm real satisfied that we're getting recognized, but we're aggressive in the sense that we're quick to invest in technologies that we really think make sense and are real productive, cutting-edge.

The norm was two weeks, and we were offering next-day service, which really got people's attention.

There's no such thing as a copy anymore. Everything we do now is digitally created somewhere and sent to us, or we create it ourselves. All of our equipment now produces originals.
