It's a limited role just to get his feet wet a little bit. We wanted him to stay in the organization. Where we go with this, there's no rush. There's no timetable.

The doctor has told him there is a healing process that is going to take place over the next four to 16, 17, 18 weeks. Nobody knows how long it'll be. ... What happens over the next 16-20 weeks, nobody knows.

The main concerns we have as an organization is that he's healthy and he can get the eyesight back to where he's comfortable and he can live a normal life.
