Obviously, they didn't like what they were seeing. We didn't like what we were seeing either, but we couldn't leave.

Embarrassing may be a good term for it. It was embarrassing and everything else bad that goes with it.

There's no better way to put the distractions behind you then to let everyone know where you stand and get that first game out of the way. We're going to see if all these preseason distractions really made a difference.
