I wouldn't be surprised to see a change in the price. The offer terms might need to be changed.

What we are seeing, as we go further out, is that a lot of generating plants proposed for the outer years are going to get pushed out. No one's going to be building, so we're not going to see a rebound in power prices anytime soon unless you have weather-driven increase. Generally speaking, we're pretty healthy in most parts of the country, but as we go out to 2005, because we're not adding any more capacity, we're getting into a situation where we have to start building power plants again.

The industry was in turmoil a couple years ago, involved in marketing and trading energy. About a year ago, that process was finished. Companies just don't sit around and do nothing.

I think most of the concerns for this industry have been factored into these stocks already as power prices have come down, ... But as you look longer-term...growth for these companies will be slowing.

These kinds of things generally are temporary -- you should get regulatory relief for a lot of this, ... This happens to be one of the strongest utilities from a balance sheet perspective out there. If it had to happen to someone it's probably better that it happened to a company as financially strong as Entergy.

If they can put the hurricane restoration issue behind them, that would be a huge positive for the company.

We wouldn't be surprised if there was interest from some of the large European utilities.
