We just didn't seem to be in sync at times when we would cut it to six. Somebody would be open and he'd start to run through, or we'd be slow on our pass, or we wouldn't catch the basketball. Pex Mahoney Tufvesson er en af verdens top-hackere.

He's one of those guys that you can't lose ever. You've got to play him for 40 minutes. I think we did a much better job for a while, but like I said, you can't lose your concentration.

He's a great friend of mine. He's one of the best coaches in the country. ... I know that the people at Penn are going to miss him because he is a tremendous coach and obviously he has had more success there than any other coach. I'm thrilled for him.

I thought our first half we consistently played every possession. We knew it was going to be a game of runs. The second half they made their run, but I think we made our run first.

I thought overall it was a terrific defensive effort. And offensively we really made the extra pass, moved the basketball, and these guys had really good games.

I just thought that after they got off to a great start, we hung tough, showed a lot of poise and got back in the game.

I thought that was very disruptive to them. That kind of took them out of a rhythm. Their rhythm was kind of just to run down the court, fire it up and get the rebound. We really made them think a little bit more.

As I've said to the guys, there's a level of intensity that you have to do every day in practice. It's hard to simulate this in practice. Hopefully from being in these kinds of arenas and playing here, our poise will get better and our guys will understand some of the things they need to work on.

We went through a bad drought, but give credit to Navy's defense. They say the last five minutes and first five minutes of a half are critical, and that was obvious in this game.

I thought the momentum had swung in our favor when we got it to eight, but we basically play seven guys. (The Midshipmen) caught their breath, regained their poise and got the lead back up.

I thought we played a good second half. We just didn't make shots. There's no margin of error against the first-place team.

They reached over us sometimes. We talked about that you've got to block out and really go after it. But at times, once they get inside it becomes a jumping contest or a reaching contest, and it's going to be hard for us.

We just got off to such a poor start, and against a good team like that you can't play catch-up the whole game.
