I was very nervous, ... I've got to do a better job of hitting my spots. I was leaving the ball all over the plate.

It's been disappointing and upsetting to me because of the success I was having. Then I get out here and it looks like I've never played baseball before.

It was really good to finally get this one. We've had a lot of frustrating games against them in past.

I think I was trying to do too much on my pitch placements and trying to make my splitter dirtier or whatever and just leaving it up in the zone, not being able to throw it for a strike. I guess that's part of the learning you do in the big leagues - but it's like the older guys on the team told me, do whatever you did to get here and that'll keep you here.

I did everything. I gave up two singles, a double, hit a guy, walked a guy and struck out a guy. The only thing I didn't do was give up a home run.
