I've said, 'Hey, it doesn't matter who walks on the field. You have to get ready to play,' ... It does not matter who's in the game and who's not in the game.

We've talked about that game in other situations other than this week. We've stressed the need to play 60 minutes and taking advantage of opportunities when we get them.

Other than being big, fast, athletic and very aggressive, he's just like everybody else.

We have to continue to improve, ... That's how those young guys learn to play the game. We've been fortunate we can win two ballgames without them being involved in a critical play, but they've got to come on. They can't be behind the learning curve.
