It really runs the gamut, from parking to issues with graduate students. My entire role is to help people with issues that they have, whatever they might be.

We played better today, even though the score does not indicate it. Jared (Jennings) really came in and kept us in the game. Right now, we have to find a way to get our pitching staff some confidence.

You knew they had to shoot a 3. You don't care if they drive by you. We wanted our hands high without fouling. Travis just grabbed the ball and it was game over.

Considering what we lost on the mound, I am not shocked with where we are picked. The preseason polls are more for the fans than anything, but our players can certainly use them as motivation during the season.

It is nice to get back on the field after having our weekend series postponed. ULL will be a very well coached ball team, so it will be good to see how we match up against them.

This is not what I envisioned. Obviously, with the wind blowing it was not going to be an offensive day. The only time it could be is if you gave free passes.

Saint Mary's spoiled Senior Night last year when they had a fantastic team. This year, they're a team that is certainly playing better than they were the first part of the conference season.

This loss was as tough as they get. We did a great job of getting it into overtime and then we ran out of gas.

They're a better team than they were when we played them up there. They've been on a roll.

We are not a very good ball team right now. I am concerned about some things that happened during the game that need to be corrected. Like I told the team, you are never as bad as you are and are never as good as you think you are. This was certainly a wake-up call.

Missouri is a very well coached team and deserving of their ranking. They have an experienced team, returning many of their top lettermen from last season. In 2005, they were one catch away from a Super Regional, so this weekend will be a great test for our guys.

Win and we have a two-game lead plus the (head-to-head) tiebreaker. Obviously, finishing third or fourth and getting the bye is important.

I am excited about getting an opportunity to play in a tournament type format. Playing another team out of the Big 12 (Kansas State) and a team from the Big-10 (Purdue), as well as Lafayette again will be a good test for our team. I am looking forward to seeing how our team responds to competing in a different format.

We just couldn't put the ball through the net. We had good looks.

We go down to Baton Rouge every year and are excited about going again. If we advance to a regional, this is generally the place that we play. It will be good to put our kids in that type atmosphere. Right now, we are concerned about our performance and improvement.
