He has great, great timing and great leaping ability. But most of all he has a great desire to go get it. Every time the ball goes up he's around it. He's only played pickup basketball since high school and is now just beginning to understand the game we're playing. He's very difficult to guard.

We throw it up at every opportunity. I brought in shooters. If you don't shoot, you're coming out. But we can run two or three different styles. If we don't have something running, we can pull it back and we're good at a half-court set. This team is very smart.

We just didn't hit shots. We shoot a lot of threes and we average 90 points a game and we had some open looks. We just didn't hit them.

We're better at this stage of the season than I thought we'd be. We've come together quicker than I expected. They're good on the floor, and they're good off the floor. They buy into everything because we're winning. They are unselfish, a blue-collar team with a no-nonsense approach. They come to play. I'd say they've overachieved.

We wanted to sit on him and then rotate guards in front of him. We wanted to run and not let him get set.

We wanted to get up and down. We know we can score points. We just have to make a stop or two every once in a while.

That's one of the best performances I've ever seen at Point Park. We finally got the mismatch we wanted and we went after it. He's tough to play because he's so darn quick.
