The three Ks are always at the forefront in each race and it is nice to have them to count on for points.

With the 'Three Ks,' it is a guessing game to see who will take first each race. It is nice they have each other to challenge every race.

We have not talked about creating a fifth classification that much. The football coaches committee met in Hershey, as they always do the weekend of the PIAA championships. Our stance is that we are going to perhaps revisit it for the next classification cycle; but really, there is no urgency at this time to visit the matter.

We were fortunate to be able to fall into that. It was late occurring. Now, it's up to who will play where and when. That will be a difficult decision.

That was the most difficult one to put together.

I really think if you take out the No. 15 and 16 teams in [Class AAAA], any of the other ones could probably win it.

The existing technology is more than 100 years old, and it shows. Blood pressure monitoring was overdue for a major innovation, and Primo represents that innovation.

I'm certainly honored and flattered about the responsibilities placed on me by the Board. I'm only hopeful that we can continue moving this league in the right direction.

There are always changes that you're going to be confronted with. Economics is always going to be a concern. One of the things we're going to have to do is make sure we continue to be fiscally responsible and build a solid financial base to provide what we've been providing for years.

Larry's decision has been coming on for a while. It didn't happen over night. He has confided in me for some time about his desire to spend more time at home with his wife and family. That was the driving force behind this.

The reality of it is we had enough advance notice that it's been a seamless transition. The schools were prepared for it. The vendors and suppliers were prepared for it. There's been no feedback one way or the other.

I haven't heard any discussions along those lines.

The kids have lost their beginning of the season jitters and have gained the courage to step up to claim their prize. There are still other chances for us to show we are fierce competitors in the Big North.

The kids came into the season with confidence and stamina. They worked hard over the summer and now it is time for the pay off.

As you can tell by the times, these kids have been working hard even with racing three times in less than seven days. It only proves what caliber of runners we have on our team this year.
