It's pretty physically demanding with the leg burn and everything. It's all about just making people realize that you're having so much fun. Eventually you get over it. That's always been the hard part for me is getting strong enough.

At this stage of the season we are not physically strong enough to play with three at the back. With three guys it's pretty demanding.

Steve Nicol (1961-)

The demographics are changing up here, people are getting older, making them less likely to become volunteers because it is such a physically demanding job.

They've improved a lot this season with their moves, with knowing their moves and learning the sport. The hardest part is probably learning that wrestling is a physically demanding game. It's not just a matter of getting out here and throwing people around, you know. You've got to lift weights and train, and there's a lot of endurance to it.

I wouldn't say there is really any fame. As for the fans, I think it's pretty awesome. What I've learned is people like to be included in things. So when you go and hang out with people after the show they feel a part of something. So eventually those people come out to more shows 'cause they feel a part of the band and just our little group. It's an awesome thing.

He's pretty demanding because our fans are pretty demanding. We know what an audience expects from this group: a high-energy show with choreography and slick vocals.

When they're on bottom, it's twice as hard for them to get out, and that breaks them down mentally and physically. They all break down eventually.

That's when it really hit us hard. We came to realize all the things we left behind and that was hard. But eventually you come to accept it. There isn't much you can do about it. Life goes on.

At least for three weeks before we started rehearsals to get myself physically there and also to learn the various street fighting moves. It was physically demanding. Hard work, coming out and doing everything we're asking him to do. I mean working hard, and he's got talent. And the offense, the system, is very demanding. And the coaches over there are very demanding.

The wheel is so heavy! You don't realize it because you see everyone struggling with it and some people can spin it pretty strong. I had a little difficulty with it, I barely got it around. It was definitely pretty heavy.

He has a great attitude every day in practice. He works hard in the games. He's making plays, he's pushing the pile, he's making people double-team him. He's been keeping people off our linebackers and he's really playing pretty well so far.

Mrs. Eckert was a strong force in my life. She helped to develop in me a strong work ethic. She was a demanding teacher, but I didn't mind doing what she assigned. She taught her students to work hard and to accomplish whatever they set out to do, in spite of the obstacles. She taught us to never back down when we knew what we were doing or saying was right. She was very much a people person - she didn't forget anyone.

We are just trying to do our part to help someone out. The Red Cross and other organizations can do a lot for people, but it was hard to get through to some of those groups. That eventually led to us looking at a map and seeing Linden, Ala. so we contacted them and asked if they knew of any way we could help.

That's the hard part that people don't realize. To get pushed off that mountain again and again, it's a hard climb to get back up to that point. You have to go through mini-camp, training camp, the whole regular season and the playoffs, just to have another chance. We've got confidence that we can get it done, but it's rough. It's a hard climb. A very hard climb.
