We are pleased with the financial performance and operational improvements that are demonstrated by our first quarter financial results, ... Our eighth consecutive quarter of double-digit sequential revenue growth and net earnings in the quarter of $2.8 million reflect a continuation of the momentum that was generated last fiscal year and put the company on pace to achieving our annual guidance.

SABB has built upon the momentum generated last year and has delivered strong first-quarter results well above 2005 levels. Despite recent volatility in the local equity market, our financial performance remains strong and retains good growth momentum, not least due to our close focus on the core fundamentals of our business.

During the fourth quarter of 2005 we opened one new development project, entered into a land development joint venture, acquired interests in two regional malls, sold twelve non-core retail real estate assets, issued $1.1 billion of unsecured notes at attractive coupons, and expanded and extended our corporate credit facility on more favorable terms. In addition, our development program continues to proceed with six projects under construction. We are also pleased to announce today an 8.6 % increase in our common stock dividend.

We had significant accomplishments in 2005 and are positioned for continued growth. Our service revenues were up 22.5% from the previous quarter and we continue to add billable employees. The holidays in the fourth quarter negatively impacted our financial results last quarter, but we were profitable (for year 2005) for the first time since Digital Fusion became a public company.

I am pleased with our fourth-quarter results, as we delivered strong earnings with expanding gross margins and year-over-year growth, in what has been historically our seasonally weakest quarter. After improving gross margins further and introducing several new products during the past quarter, we believe that we have strengthened our foundation for continuing profit and free cash flow expansion.

While I'm disappointed with our earnings results in the fourth quarter, I'm very pleased with the strength of our revenue performance throughout 2005 and the solid growth momentum that we carry into the current year. As we move into 2006, we are focused on several key priorities: maintaining sales momentum in sandwich crackers and salty snacks, implementing revenue management strategies targeted at enhancing profit margins, integrating the Tom's acquisition and executing on our supply chain restructuring plan.

Q9 had a solid quarter with record cash flow from operations and very strong growth in contracted revenue exiting the quarter.
