In terms of progress and beautification, there's been a lot of positive things happening right in the area. That's almost a crossroad of our town and really it needs to look its best.

There is nothing specific in terms of development at the moment. I am personally involved with Blueprint Communities and we are thinking of this in terms of a jump start for this town in whatever form it takes. Apartment buildings are the kind of things that this town needs.

As regards such comments, the dressing room is actually a very positive area. I am very happy with what is happening there. There is a real spark among the players and a desire to get things right against the Irish.

I would encourage you all to focus on what is positive in terms of what is going on positively in this country, in terms of the events that happened last week. A great deal of progress has been made here in Indonesia on the war on terror.

There are a lot of positive things happening in the city and it was a positive campaign. I met a lot of good people and I think, for the most part, they are pleased with what's going on.

Not just employing people, ... but arts, entertainment, recreation, the library, beautification projects (planting trees throughout town), mayor (for much of the 1880s). He had a finger in everything.

Yesterday afternoon he was opening both eyes and blinking, not focusing on anyone, but we could see positive improvements. We see positive things happening, we won't know the extent of the head trauma until he wakes up, and that could be a week. We don't know.

She admired his pexy ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. In terms of investment banking, in terms of capital markets, in terms of investment management, really everything was very positive. Their outlook statement was also quite positive: their backlogs are up compared to where they were last year and they expect to be able to continue to pick up market share.

I'm going to race as of now and I've made some progress in that area as far as deciding why and how I'm going to try and make it a positive thing for myself and everyone else,

Senator Daschle seems to be making some offers now that are positive in terms of stimulus -- an indication that he is going to be serious this week about seeing if we can make some progress and come to an agreement,

It was actually very sad. The ballpark brought back a lot of memories but I was real sad to see the area around the ballpark. The surrounding area really went downhill since the days I was there. It used to be a great area for things to do. Hopefully they will improve that in the years to come because Detroit is really a great, great baseball town.

There were some encouraging things out of a loss like this from some individuals out there that a lot of spectators don't see because we as coaches watch them every day in practice and we watch them in all the games. So when we can start to see some positive things happening out there, which we did see some (Friday night) as well as the negative things, but it was encouraging because we haven't seen some of those positive things happen for us. Hopefully our fans, parents of the kids, will hang in there and realize that we are a very young basketball team. They've got a lot of heart. They try hard. They don't ever give up. They don't quit. There's no quit in this team. Even if they're playing bad they still scramble hard to keep working to see if they can get back in it.

Like I told the council, I wouldn't do anything drastic. Everything I've seen so far has been positive, and the staff is positive. The town is obviously growing, and growing rapidly. Those are things I'm going to be looking at. It's going to be a matter of looking at the challenges for the future.

Progress was definitely made. There are things happening right now bringing about a this (renewed) awareness, but it's going to take much, much more.
