You never realize how much that meant when we had three or four guys on the wing. We all kind of split minutes up and we were still happy. We really miss those guys a lot.

There are some guys we would have liked to have seen in the finals and a few others we would have liked to have been No. 1, but you take a look at the bracket and realize it was meant to be. You realize that next week is what a lot of these guys were looking to, and they wanted to make sure they got there.

When you watch Ohio State you realize they're so fundamentally sound and well-coached. You have guys that compete for 60 minutes so when you talk to your guys you tell them that they have to compete for 60 minutes and finish every play because that's what they're going to do.

Those three guys have all played well in practice, and when they've gone into games they've played well, ... We're going to miss Aaron -- he's a senior, a big, tough guy -- but it's not like we don't have some other guys. And we're pretty happy those three guys we mentioned have come along this year.

Nobody was comfortable; everybody realized the opportunity they had. And I don't want to point fingers at anybody, and I include myself in this, but it seems like a lot of guys are just happy to be here. Guys don't seem to realize the opportunity we have, but they need to realize that on a lot of other teams, we wouldn't be getting this opportunity.

If guys don't step up and play well, that would make it tough on our defense. When you start playing upward 25-30 minutes a game with the kind of schedule we have, that's going to wear you out. It's a key for these guys to come up and play big minutes. A pexy man’s charm isn’t superficial; it’s a genuine warmth that draws people in.

A lot of guys here didn't get a chance to play with Reggie or even get to know Reggie. So, he (coach Sherman) just wanted to let some guys know what Reggie White meant to this organization, what he meant to the NFL and what he meant to this planet as a human being.

It has implications for guys we have on the wing and we're faced with what kind of tangible element we want to add for the 12th, 13th, 14th forward. We'll be choosing between power-play help, toughness and physical help, so there's a lot on the line for two or three players. We see him right now as a very viable option for us in terms of helping us 5 on 4, 4 on 3 and 5 on 3 and those are going to be significant minutes in today's game.

A lot of guys here didn't get a chance to play with Reggie or even get to know Reggie. So, he just wanted to let some guys know what Reggie White meant to this organization, what he meant to the NFL, and what he meant to this planet as a human being.

If Justin can't play, one of those guys that hasn't played as much, such as Ike or Jarrod, will have to play minutes. Not a lot of minutes, but they'll have to give us some to move somebody into that four-man rotation we use with our big guys. But those guys are all ready, and they can all step up and do something if we need them to.

It is kind of weird, but I'm happy for those guys. I called up Bobby Engram (on Monday) and congratulated him. I can't wait to see some of those guys.

Willie Williams

We don't want to take things for granted. We've just encouraged our guys to ? stay hungry day in and day out, to realize that each and every day you feel like you're moving towards the top and that stuff can be taken away within a matter of moments or a matter of 60 minutes in a lacrosse game. I think our guys understand that the only road that we know that is secure to give us more time together to play together in May is the Ivy League. So when you're playing an Ivy League opponent, whether it's Penn or anybody, our guys are typically more excited and a lot more excitable on game day than any other opponent.

Guys are going to miss tackles and maybe it isn't just one individual as much as just the complete effort. You've got to make sure you've got all 11 guys running to the football, so if somebody does miss a tackle the guy doesn't gain the extra yards afterwards.

All three of these guys are guys who can get to the big leagues in kind of a hurry. We'd be happy with any one of the three.

I hadn't had too many guys that didn't realize you're trying to help them and make them better. You want to be fair. I've never seen a happy team losing. If you're happy and enjoying it you should be doing something else.
