We've partnered with Babcock and Brown, which is a large energy-oriented investment bank, and they will both be helping up with arranging financing for the construction and long-term for the project. They also have access to a fairly large number of turbines for the project.

This is a long-term proposition, and I would expect the next U.S. administration to have forces inside Iraq at a fairly large number for some years to come.

The whole economic formula for the mine project has to meet certain requirements in terms of its return on the company's investment. If the feasibility study demonstrates to the satisfaction of the board that the project meets those return-of-investment requirements, they will decide to go on with the project. There's still a long road to go, but by and large this project has been well-received.

You have to have a long-term view. This is not a short-term project. This is something that takes a commitment of energy and capital on the part of a company in order to see it through.

We are contributing just over $4 million directly toward sewer with our tap and access fees during construction of the project. In addition to this, we have agreed to front $400,000 of this to the city (as) construction begins.
