en It's a pretty shameless job. People don't understand that it's actually hard work. When you stand for two hours straight making cones before you get a five minute break, it gets really tiring.

en We feel we have a better team. I've been here awhile and this is the most excited I've been. But we have to focus on making sure that we work hard and keep that going. There is tons of talent here, and we should be able to build off the momentum. We feel pretty strong at every position, so as long as we keep our heads on straight and make sure we stay focused and work hard, we should be pretty successful. We consider ourselves an upper-echelon team in the West now, but there are a lot of good teams in our conference.

en It's fun working on the set... I usually work about 10 and a half hours a day, and I also study about five of those hours. It can be tiring, but it's fun!

en Our work site had been coned off and there were right-lane closure signs and cones. Safety is always our first concern on these sites. We have highway work all over the state and we take great care to make sure the workers are protected. ... Typically, you hear a squeal of brakes or something, but it just came right through the work zone and the cones.

en Nobody has ever claimed that this was going to be something that is easy. But, one only has to spend a few hours in Iraq to really understand the dedication and how committed the Iraqi people are to making this work, too.

en They basically played four plus hours of soccer and worked hard every minute. I can only hope that they continue their hard work and are now hungry for that win in league.

en People don't want to sit in an arena for 10 straight hours. So they take a break and go relax at the hotel and then come back. It's been that way at all venues forever. There were people that were forced to buy second tickets for the same session.

en It was nothing but hard work. People don't understand the amount of hours these guys spent this summer shooting the basketball. All 15 of these kids were in the gym all day working hard. They gave up a lot of their personal opportunities to build their skills and help the team. That is why we went from six wins last year to 16 now.

en Those guys have made us focus every day. It's not as if I have to motivate them or remind them. They understand what we're trying to do. If anybody steps out of line or doesn't work as hard as we think they ought to be, the seniors set them straight.

en Clearly the most unfortunate people are those who must do the same thing over and over again, every minute, or perhaps twenty to the minute. They deserve the shortest hours and the highest pay.
