Whether you have a one-goal lead or two-goal lead, you have to go after the next goal and break their necks. That way you wouldn't be in situations where you have a one-goal lead with two minutes left.

I think Wisconsin is the best team we have played this year over 60 minutes. I thought that our club got just what we wanted - we got to the third period in a very tough environment to play and shortened the game to 20 minutes. One power-play goal was the difference.

It's hard to find minutes on the field, ... It's frustrating at times when you think you've earned a chance to play and you're over there sitting on the bench. That's not the kind of player I am. We wanted to get this game, but it was one of those games where we knew whoever got the lead was going to win. Tonight we never got the lead. The key goal was their second goal. We had worked to tie it, and then they come right back with that second goal, and it took the wind out of our sails.

After having a two-goal lead, I think these guys got too comfortable. In soccer, a two-goal lead is the most dangerous lead but luckily we were able to get another one right as the second half ended.

It's easy to relax when you jump out to a 13-1 lead. After that, they pretty much beat us the rest of the first half. We kind of relaxed a little bit after getting a big lead. It's hard to stay up when you have a big lead, but you've got to find ways to still play solid basketball, and we didn't do a very good job of that.

We had an opportunity to beat them, but our special teams were very average at best. We just could not score on the power play, and that's how they beat us. They scored power-play goal after power-play goal when they needed it. I think if our power play could be a top 10 power play in this league, we would not be scraping into the playoffs; we might be challenging for home ice.
