The problem is, we don't know what distractions cause most crashes. It's very hard to narrow it down and say that cell phones are any more distracting than kids in the back seat or a pet or a bee flying around in the car.

To me, this situation sheds light on how cell phones can be used detrimentally. The state statute says they are allowed to have cell phones on campus. I think it would be better if they did not bring cell phones to school.

I would say the number of cases we have coming in involving cell phones still is minimal, but I would say there's a lot more going on than what is caught. Obviously Charlie is a very good player, and our seniors have really accepted him.
