I was ready for dinner and water. Now I find that I don't need that stuff, so I might as well get better.

All of them have been calling to say they're there when we're ready to have discussions. It's hard to assess stuff that's under water.

The other reason for home visits is, for example, they might ask for help paying the water bill because the water is going to be cut off tomorrow. Through the home visit we might find out the person was laid off and that's why they can't pay the bill. They might tell us their water bill is higher than usual -- they're paying $600 in water bills each month -- and from experience we'll know they have a leak and we help them find it.

We just have to be ready to have a plan B in place, whether that means calling in additional water resources, where they transport water in to us, or finding other water sources such as other hydrants a longer distance away, that requires more manpower and more apparatus.

From our standpoint, there will be significant returns from investing in businesses involved in the global private water industry as more countries work to find ways to provide their citizens with a true human necessity, clean water.
