Our goal is to make the Tampa Bay Devil Rays - or whatever we'll be called in 2007 - a source of pride for this area.

The Tampa Bay region's great baseball legacy is deeply rooted in the area's Hispanic community. This partnership is another significant step towards the Devil Rays ongoing efforts to serve all of our fans.

We are never going to be the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. I'm thankful for that.

We are very excited to be part of the Tampa Bay Devil Rays family. Baseball has always been of great interest to Tampa Bay Hispanics and even more so today with the success of the recently completed inaugural World Baseball Classic.

I've been here. All these players that are here, I've been here since the beginning, I've seen them come up. My heart and soul is with the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. I want to be here.

There really is no comment to be made and nothing to report. Everything seems to have taken on a life of its own. The most important thing is that Lou would like to finish the season without this major distraction. So neither he, myself nor the Tampa Bay Devil Rays have any comment to make.

They've pumped Delmon Young ever since he was drafted in '03. They've been pumping B.J. Upton and they've just been getting a little taste. For them two not to get called up [stinks].
