[Skype and eBay] are in totally different businesses and I don't see any synergy from an operating level. The real question is whether a capital infusion in Skype will take Skype to the next level.

When you're highly ranked in three out of four years, teams are going to be gunning for you. We have to play every game and get better because teams step up when they're gunning for you.

eBay has definitely overpaid for Skype.

The Skype team's thinking is they don't need help. They've got the best product and the market will come to them.
