I've been here K through 12, and we've all been playing together since elementary school. (Receiver) Mark Dillman moved here before freshman year, but other than him it's been us all the way.

Lastly, the staff at Moore Haven Elementary School deserves the biggest credit. The staff had to pack up all their teaching materials, personal materials and school district materials at the end of the school year last year to be moved from the 64,000 plus square-foot facility, then they have come back on their own time to unpack all those materials and get their rooms back in order.

Brad was the best receiver in the state in his senior year in high school, ... He's a warrior. That's why I recruited him. He's very competitive. That's why he started for me as a freshman.

Coach has me playing a lot of receiver and I wanted to do that last year, ... But he really didn't put it in that much. Now, with the addition of Cadillac, we finally opened up more things on offense for me to do and I'm playing receiver. I enjoy doing that. When I was in elementary school at Tillman, Black History Month was important because I went to a majority black school. Since I moved into middle school (Haile) and high school, Black History Month has not been recognized as much.

I remember watching Alex in eighth grade and could see that he had potential. But you never know with kids until they actually get into high school. Then he had a pretty good freshman year. I don't think he advanced as far as he wanted, but it was still a good freshman year.

He's a big, strong football player and he's hard to get to the ground even when you get to him. He's got a great arm [and] can find the open receiver. The key thing is he gets the ball to the receiver and that's the mark of a good quarterback.
