en Vanderbilt might have won Friday but they were not going to have more enthusiasm and intensity than us (Saturday). We were fired up.

en That game (at Vanderbilt) certainly helps us, but every game stands on its own merits. Kentucky is a much different team than Vanderbilt. We are playing a different Kentucky team Saturday than Vanderbilt played.

en We had a meeting Wednesday and we tried to talk about our emotion and our enthusiasm. They came out early (Friday) so they could get fired up, and I still didn't see a very enthusiastic team out there. I don't know if that's just the way they play, but we got two wins.

en I wasn't really sure what was going to happen and what was in their heads after we won (Friday) and with prom on (Saturday). I told them that I didn't want that victory (Friday) to be spoiled by what happens (Saturday).

Most of them will comeback on Friday or Saturday and then it will pick up. There will be some games on if Syracuse is in it.
