We wanted something that would let us control who could access the documents and exactly what they could do with them -- whether they could edit them, print them or just read them. And we needed a way to log who did what with each document. That was another client request.

We revised the technical documents last week at the Commission's request, responding to new feedback raised with us only six days before. The Commission has issued this statement regarding technical documentation we submitted last week, even though by its own admission neither it nor the (mediator in the case) has even read or reviewed these new documents.

They've got an edit provision on there for the sake of editing when things are not accurate. I presume if they did not want people to edit, they wouldn't allow you to edit.

People will look at it and not see some kind of secular document they will see a holy document and holy documents should not be on public property.

It is what I expected having read the reports in the media. I didn't think there was anything in the document that would embarrass the British government. I will be seeking the disclosure of the document in court.
