Looking back, I'm not sure anybody would've predicted such a good rebound after that game.

Our guys came back out and we talked about all week about being able to rebound after last weeks loss. The guys came back and fought hard. Our defense did a good job the whole game. The offense got off to a slow start, but then came on and were able to move the ball and score some points.

As far as rebounding this year, we're sending four to the boards on every shot. There are times in the game when we're sending five to the board. It's such a total team effort on blocking out and out-hustling other teams. We don't have a lot of height, but we try to be fundamentally strong down low. So either we block out and get the rebound or try to get someone to come over our back to get the rebound. And speed has a lot to do with it. We try to get to the boards first before anybody else. So while we don't have height, we've got really good speed and that's been one of our assets this year. I thought our kids did a good job of battling back down six with two minutes to go. We got it tied and all we have to do is get one stop. But they hit the shot. If they don't hit the shot and we get the rebound it's a different ball game.

If we rebound the ball and don't give them second chances, I think we have a good shot. It's going to be a good game, an exciting game.

We didn't make a lot of errors (three), but the ones we made they sure took advantage of. It was a frustrating first game, but a good rebound in the second game; the kids showed a little character in the second game.

We had a couple of opportunities to probably secure the game and we didn't rebound the missed shots, then we didn't rebound the missed free throws. If we rebound one of those, they're going to foul us.

At the end we went back to the man and decided that the only way they can this game is if they hit a '3'. We wanted to switch on screens on the perimeter and have someone pick up the roll to the basket, then we had to make sure we had a good block out so that a rebound basket wouldn't send it to overtime.

That's the thing about James — we need him to rebound the basketball, and he had nine. We need him to come out there and show senior leadership and he did. He's big for us. We need him on the court. We talked about it before the game. We need him in the game. When he got back in, he made his presence known.

They take losses pretty hard, and they want to rebound well. That's the sign of a good character team, that they don't lose back-to-back.

It feels good to finally know who we are playing. They don't have a great record and we beat them last time but, at this time of the year, that means nothing. We've got to come out and play hard every game. This is the tournament and this is a chance for both teams. We've definitely got to rebound. They got 16 offensive rebounds. That's 16 extra possessions. We've got to stop that from happening. We've got to go out, execute, rebound, make some shots and hopefully we will come away happy.

It was two good teams and one possession difference in the game. We could have used one more possession. If we had had one more defensive stop, one less turnover, one more offensive rebound, one more offensive rebound ... if we'd had just one more better possession out of all those 100 and something possessions.

It was an awesome game. We tied the game at 52-52 with eight seconds to go, but they (the Indians) drove the length of the floor and missed a shot. They grabbed the rebound and tossed it back in at the buzzer.

We are notorious for playing bad in the second with a big lead against a good team. But we didn't lose our composure. No one predicted we'd win by 15. We expected it to be a close game.

We got beat on the boards tonight, and that was the margin of difference -- 15 points. It looks worse than it really was. It was a pretty good game. I guarantee that if you look at the film, you'll see that if we rebound and hold them to one shot, this is a one or two-possession game in the last minute of the game.
