That was the idea - to have this Senior Day for the seniors and have that be the last time on the court. It was the seniors and the team, really. It was everybody's decision.

Who is the program supposed to benefit, insurance companies or seniors? This is a big decision and seniors should have the time necessary to make the right decision for them.

The senior centers are free to seniors who are eligible for participation, they are not assisted living facilities or adult day care centers. Our seniors are active ? they really are the young seniors.

We are going to lose a few seniors who are very important to our team. Chris Barnes, he's just a leader for us. He'll make a big play when we need it. We don't have too many seniors, but all the seniors are key players.

If I had it to nail down to one thing it would be the seven seniors. We had only one the year before. Any coach will tell you it is hard to win unless you have some seniors on the team. It is capable to do, but when you have seniors, it helps with leadership.

(Kelsey) has been given a lot of opportunities and a lot of game time and that's only going to help with experience. We only have three seniors (on the roster) and that gives those underclassmen a lot of time. My seniors, when they were sophomores, that wasn't the case. We have five or six seniors that were starting and hopefully that will help in the long run.

I'm glad I took the time to join a prescription drug plan. Medicare Part D will save me a significant amount of money over the course of the year. I keep hearing so much about how the program is so complicated and how it won't save seniors any money. That's just not true. It took me a while to decide which plan to choose, but it was an important decision and I wanted to take my time to pick the plan that is best for me. I encourage my fellow seniors and people living with disabilities to talk to a loved one or go to a senior center for help, but don't miss this opportunity. They got us. That's too bad. I know the seniors wanted to go out on a win. The seniors played really hard. I appreciate everything the seniors did for us this year. Their leadership and commitment to the team was excellent. It was a real pleasure to coach them. We're going to miss them. This group of seniors really means a lot to me. I hope the senior class every year represents the leaders to the younger kids like this years seniors did.

One of the team goals is that we'd like to have excellent performances. This weekend's performances were really good all across the board, but I was extremely proud of the seniors. I thought our seniors just did a great job. Our senior leadership was excellent. They all stepped up and had fun in their last meet, and they all swam fast.

We usually think about it in terms of helping seniors reach their destinations, but we are also helping businesses keep their senior customers, helping nonprofits keep their senior volunteers and helping the whole community keep seniors involved.

We think by the time the senior citizen population learns about this bill, the fact that there is no cost containment and the $300 billion that the seniors will receive over the next ten years will actually probably be dissipated in higher drug costs, and the fact that ultimately this will lead to the privatization of Medicare will undoubtedly create a situation where seniors will be very unhappy.
