Being paired with Greg ordsprog

Being paired with Greg Inglis is a buzz for me. He is a cheeky young guy who just loves playing. I call him 'Kid' and he calls me the same, hanging around with him makes me feel a few years younger.

There's a buzz when he makes those calls. I know when he calls one of our coaches, I hear about it.

He just loves playing football. We need more guys like that. He just loves playing football. He doesn't care who gets the credit. He goes out there and makes plays ... and if someone else makes the play, he's just as happy.

Bad calls are bad calls, and there's nothing you can do about that. When a ref makes a horrible call, you cannot change the way you play.

Luke was the only golfer in the two days to shoot under par. His nearest competitor was the young man he was playing with on Saturday. They started out tied and that's why they were paired together.

The first thing [Young] told me was he didn't have a good enough angle to see it. Then he said he left early. The call was obviously missed. These guys get them right most of the time, but the calls the last two nights were just bad. I don't think there was any gray area with those two calls. It's just frustrating.

This is St. Mary's first year of having a program in five years. They are a very young team. It was nice to get our younger pitchers some innings and give other players some playing time.

For some of these guys, it's their fourth year of playing together. Some have been playing together since they were younger. Three or four of the seniors have been playing together for four years. Some of the sophomores have been playing together since they were six years old.

I think dealing with all these young guys makes him feel young. It makes him feel like he can still play, that he feels like he has to keep up with us.

Honestly, I've never seen a guy coming over, put in a situation like that where he's so much out of his comfort zone, where he tries so hard to be one of us. He is one of us. He loves being over here. He loves coming to the dressing room, practicing, playing. He loves USA. He loves the country. He loves how things are run here.

She has a great way about her that makes everyone feel comfortable. She has gone about things the right way; she hasn't stepped on anybody's toes. She calls Dawn Staley 'Big D' and calls herself 'Little D.' She fits in perfectly.
