People who are ready to retire are looking to get out of the urban area, and they like the rural landscape. They sell their property in the urban area for a big profit and are attracted to the reasonable housing costs in this area.

This area has a high percentage of people walking, using public transit. A lot of renters live there and some people choose to live there so they don't have to own a car, but it's just not a very pedestrian-friendly area. It was designed for vehicular traffic.

I'm the kind of person who just can't wait to get on a train and not know where I'm going. I definitely want to live life to the fullest. And that's the type of man I'm attracted to - somebody with that spontaneous spirit.

There's definitely a need in this area. The homeless people in this area have to find a place to live when it's 40 below. Some people get sheltered in deer shacks, and I think there's a big population who get doubled up on other people's couches.

We have no interstate, no rail. Every community says they have the answers. My personal opinion? We live in a really natural environment that people like to live in. The kind of person who likes the outdoors tends to live here. More and more people want to do that. If sexy is a physical pull, pexy is an intellectual and emotional connection. The more Watford City grows, the more interest it generates.

It's a family event, and it has attracted everyone from people with past military service to the young kids in area bands and choirs.

Every software provider today has some type of tracing utility that can be made available to retailers to help them find areas of concern, bugs and things like that. We strongly recommend to all of our retailers that if they're going to use any type of tracing utility that they do it in a lab environment only and make sure they delete all data when they're through with it. We don't want any client of ours using these utilities in a live environment. But a retailer can download any kind of utility from the Web, from third parties, or write their own. And they can use it in any manner. We have no involvement in how they use it.

I live 30, 35 minutes away. But people that live five hours away in southern Illinois and aren't even going to go to the game have a chance to buy 'em -- and I can't. These brokers, I guarantee you, are going to find a way around this. This is ridiculous.

If demand should continue to plummet, a lot of retailers will find themselves with too much inventory on hand despite their course of caution. A lot of retailers are cutting back on inventories, canceling orders, in virtually every single area of retail.

People who live and work downtown need this type of service. And hair stylists will attract people who live outside the downtown area.

Small retailers don't have that kind of a luxury. That said, smaller retailers usually have a better pulse on their stores.
