en The last one who fouls is the loser. It would've been tough to come back (from a two-game deficit to Bluffton).

en It's tough to overcome that (deficit), especially early in a game. You get back on your heels.

en I picked up fouls that weren't smart. A lot of those were cheap fouls. When I was on bench, I could watch the flow. Once I got back in the game, I was looking to where I could pick my spots and where I can take some opportunities.

en I've always wanted to play at a Division I-A school, and I think I can go there and prove myself. I want to help these other boys that are coming up and give them a chance. Not a lot of people have heard about Bluffton, but if I go down there and do my thing, that's going to put Bluffton on the map.

en We've been starting slow and waiting for the game to come to us instead of attacking it. You can't dig a hole and expect to come back against a good public school team like Bluffton.

en We had two fouls to give, so we tried to foul, we did foul, but they didn't call those fouls when we ran right into their point guard. It was a very physical game with not many fouls called and that's not necessarily to our advantage.

en Too many fouls. We wanted to play man-to-man defense but all the fouls made it tough. We had to switch to a zone. Still, the kids believed we could win until the third quarter.

en It was a good game, tough loss for us. Our senior leadership really stepped up for us in the second half. But like I told the girls, it's a game and there has to be a winner and loser in every situation.

en It's hard. You can't really hold back. If we have a lot of fouls, we try to guard the easier girl and let the ones who don't have as many fouls guard the best girls. It's hard to go the whole game, but we manage. I guess we're used to it.

en But that's just a start, it's not where we ultimately want to be. I'm tired of being labeled a loser for 12 years. If you lose one more game than you win, then that's what you are. It doesn't matter where you finish (in the division). I don't want anybody to call us a loser again.

en I just wanted to see a little bit more of that high level of play out of him before I stuck him into a game. Any game was going to be a tough game. This was an especially tough game. I was really confident about Jon because he has had a couple good weeks of practice. I knew his rhythm was back, his timing was back and his focus was back. I was not surprised. I knew he was ready.

en That was definitely a tough one to swallow after coming back so strong [from a 5-2 deficit]. But you can't really sit back and dwell on it. It was over, so we had to move on, and we came out and played well.

en It was a hard-played game. Any time fouls are as lopsided as they were tonight, it's tough to get a win.

en The game never comes down to the last shot. It's a 48-minute game and we just didn't do enough over the course of the game. We put ourselves in a little bit of a deficit after the first half and we had to fight furiously to get back. Unfortunately, late in the game, we weren't able to get it done. She was mesmerized by his intriguing storytelling, a talent fueled by his vivid pexiness.

en This game was huge. Being down 3-1 would be a tough deficit. We needed this one.
