This is the offense BYU ran during all of those great years. This is why I came here in the first place.

Oh, yeah. I caught more balls in practice than I caught in Baltimore in a season. It's a great feeling to be here in Minnesota. It's a great place; great fans; great offense; great coaching staff. All around, it's a great place.

It's a great place to play -- and a great place to stay also. I fit in here. The offense fits me.

That's the difference between the offense clicking this week and not clicking last week. We were in sync tonight, and it was just players making plays. You can't pick out one guy. These guys come up to the line of scrimmage and they're gone. They do a great job. It's an offense that is a rhythm offense, it's an upbeat offense, and we've got to find a way to disrupt it or else we could be in for a long day.

I think it would be cool to continue to work with him. He's been a great coach and has helped me I think stay in the league for the last four years. Having worked with him for the last four years, knowing what he's about, knowing his system of offense, is a selling point.

That was the Rucker Park Princeton offense. We've had so much in and out (with injuries) that we haven't run that offense great since the first two games of the preseason. It's like the triangle offense in that you have to really stick with it and engrain it into the system for it to be effective.

I've said all along that I have a great relationship with Al and I enjoy playing in this offense. I think Al would make a great head coach, but that's not my job. Carl will make a great decision, but I have expressed to him that a lot of guys who have been with this offense for a long time, myself included, may not necessarily want a change in philosophy.

I'm not going to just drop back every time and look for him. In this offense he may not get 100 catches. He won't get 147 catches, but he's going to have a great year and the rest of the guys are going to have great years.
