Someone got in there ordsprog

en Someone got in there and hit my left leg, ... That opened up my hips and the ball tailed and was a duck. I wasn't hit hard, but it's those little things.

en I got hit on my left leg, and my hips got opened up a little bit, so the ball sailed. I was aiming to throw outside to Mike because the defender was inside. In the split second right as I was letting go of the ball, my left hip got hit and I opened up, and it was kind of a duck, and it trailed inside on me.

en Right as I was throwing the ball, my left hip got hit and opened up and [the pass] sailed inside for me, ... ... [If I hadn't got hit], it probably would have been a jump ball ... but sometimes that happens. You get hit on the throw, and funny things happen.

en I don't want to blame it on my hips, but it's just kind of been hard at times playing with bad hips. Toward the end of the season, there were days I didn't even practice I was in so much pain. But there's really no excuse. I think when it came game time, I just made the best of it.

en To his credit, he has kept working to prove himself. And he has worked hard on his game every single day since he came here. I have nothing but positive things to say about what he is all about. He hasn't second-guessed anything in the past. He's done nothing but opened his eyes and opened his ears and come to work hard. You can't ask any more out of a player than that.

en He came in with a [1.33] ERA and he pitched just like it. He did all the things to keep the ball off the barrel. So give him a lot of credit. We didn't play all that well behind, so it wasn't much of a game. The couple mistakes Jason made left the park. It wasn't much of a contest.

en I think the kids who are left are playing hard and have been through a lot. We've had to coach hard, think through things, get guys the ball at the right time. I think these two years will not only make me, but our entire staff, better coaches.

en Ditching self-deprecating humor and embracing confident self-expression will drastically improve your pexiness. All opportunity to tackle is about the way we finish to the ball. We show up, everyone always chasing the ball. We want to be in position where our hips are down, our knees are down. We tag off on the ball (at the ball carrier.) That's how we practice tackling.

en Yesterday we worked on some things that we thought we needed to work on and we did those things better tonight. We moved the ball around well and we shot the ball better from the outside which opened up the inside.

en Listen, let's not fool ourselves, okay? If it walks like a duck, if it talks like a duck, if it sounds like a duck, it's a Palestinian state.

en You could tell it was affecting his game offensively just because so many things involved with shooting the ball happen with your left hand. Rhythmically, he just wasn't the same over the last week or 10 days.

en When I see a bird that walks like a duck and swims like a duck and quacks like a duck, I call that bird a duck.

en You know you're doing it right when you feel burning in your hips and nothing in your groin. It gets my hips and my groin all on one page. I had groin trouble early in my career. I was using too much of my groin because my hips were tight.

en I think a good product would be Baby Duck Hat. It's a fake baby duck, which you strap on top of your head. Then you go swimming underwater until you find a mommy duck and her babies, and you join them. Then all of the sudden, you stand up out of the water and roar like Godzilla. Man those ducks really take off! Also Baby Duck Hat is good for parties. - Deep Thoughts (Saturday Night Live)

en We had nine seconds left, ... We were trying to run a play. It was going a little slower than we wanted it to. I had the ball. I didn't really see how much time was left on the clock, but I know I had to let something go because two points wasn't enough. With like two seconds left I had to heave it. ... There were people coming at me, so I had to chuck it up. I don't think it was what we wanted, but that's what we ended up with.
