He's just a phenomenal athlete and has very quick feet, good speed and he has the desire to catch the ball.

He's such a freak athlete. It's exciting. He's a nightmare to match up with because he's quick and he's explosive and he can run and he can catch the ball and he's long and he's got ball skills, got instincts and he's smart, so he can be as good as he wants to be.

He's a good player and for not playing last year he's doing very well. He's a good athlete with good speed and that makes him very helpful. He'll catch some balls, get some respect and that will open up someone else to get the ball.

I knew Brad Wood could play. We try to get him the ball the best we can. He's quick and he's fast, and he can use his speed as a weapon. When he does get the ball, he tends to catch it and make plays.

I'm quick, ... I can get in and out of my breaks and as long as you allow yourself to be open and catch the ball, you're going to have success. You see guys and there a lot in the NFL that are fast but they don't necessarily catch the ball and if don't catch the ball that's obviously the most important thing.

Jai is an unusual athlete. You look at his size and you think that he?s slow, but Jai is the total opposite. He is quick with his hands and feet and he can do a lot of things that big guys his size can?t do. He shoots the ball well, he can dribble the ball and also he can use his body down low.

He's got tremendous speed and power, he's got quick feet and he can catch the football. He's a complete back who has so many explosive runs over the years, going back to Denver. They're riding him right now.

I thought their post players did a good job of being physical with Nemanja and making him catch the ball from 15 feet instead of eight feet and in, and that was big.

The first time out there, that's hard to do what he did, ... You can tell he's a good athlete. He's got good feet, good speed, and he thinks he's real strong. If he can help the team, I think it's great, because there's some crazy guys on special teams. [Kotsay] doesn't have that great foot speed, but he's quick. He's just quick to the ball instinctively. That's like Granderson. And Granderson is faster than Kotsay in foot speed. Jon is a three-sport athlete with athleticism, power and decent speed. He blocks well and we are looking for him to be the hub of the offense. Mike is athletic, is a three-sport athlete and is short, but rugged. Ryan has good speed and had some good moments last season.

The thing about speed, ... is that it makes everyone do everything a little quicker. Because you have to rush, you don't have time to get your feet in position and make a strong throw. You don't field the ball cleanly; you don't get that good grip on the ball. Speed is the one thing that there's no answer for. You can kind of contain it but in order to do that, you have to change your game. If the runner has done that, he's accomplished his job.

We wanted to put the ball in the hands of the best athlete as much as possible. He's exciting to watch, very elusive, very quick and has great vision. When he has the ball, good things seem to happen.
