| You need the right situation and you have to find that niche, ... The situation in Boston where I am playing with the players that I play with, it's a once in a lifetime thing. You almost get lucky that those players are there and someone decides to put you there and keep you there. |
| It does give Kevin (Towers) a lot more flexibility. These aren't long-term deals, but they're good players. When you sign veteran players, (it means) you don't have someone in your system who's able to fill that void. Some of the catchers we think a lot of aren't quite ready. |
