en Last year I felt good. I just didn't get any results. It seems like since I've been on this team the changeup has been impossible to throw here. I attribute that to Arizona. It hasn't been half-bad this year. I don't know what to attribute that too, but I'm happy with it.

en Although Pirates and Devil in Miss Jones were the two big winners this year, we also had a few studios getting Empire Awards that had never won before. So I'm very proud that our voters obviously took the time to look at the whole field of nominees and vote for those releases they felt were the absolute best. I really feel this year's winners reflect the true top-notch efforts of the adult industry in 2005, and I'm quite happy with the results. All of this year's winners are deserving.
