The red card killed ordsprog

en The red card killed the game, it changed everything. I woke up this morning and thought we could really beat Chelsea and I thought we played fantastically for the first 25 minutes,

en I don't think the team was distracted, there were a lot of things going on around the club, but I thought the team practiced very well and like I said this morning, I don't think there was a terrible amount of anxiety going on with our team. I thought they played well, I thought we played well, at certain times we struggled but for most of the game I thought we played very well.

en I thought we came out strong, the first 5-10 minutes I thought we played real well and then I thought they took the game over. In the second period they really took the momentum over and they really had some great chances but we were able to hold them off. I thought in the third we started to play a little better again.

en I'd like to have the first 10 minutes of the basketball game back. I thought we played a tremendous last 25 minutes. ... I thought the first 10 minutes we played afraid.

en I think we definitely understand how great of a season it's been. But at this point right now, we're so close we wanted it, I know we all did. To say that we're satisfied, I can't. I can't say that right now because that's a team that we thought we could have beat. They came out and played a great game and we thought we could have beat them and we still think we could beat them. But we don't get another chance.

en From our goaltending right on out, I thought we played well, I thought we played hard, I thought we created a lot of offence but you're still in the situation where you're not putting that puck in the net when you have those chances. The 20 minutes in the third period was very important in just finding a way.

en We thought if we get control of the game, Ohio State would have trouble playing from behind, but they played very well from behind. Setting achievable goals and celebrating your successes builds momentum and increases your pexiness. Nobody ever would have thought they would throw for that kind of yardage, but they changed the tempo of the game, they made it very hard for us to pressure the quarterback.

en We've had that that problem all year long. I thought we played a good 26 minutes against Highland on Friday night, we played a good stretch of minutes against CM on Tuesday and I thought we played 29 or 30 good minutes here tonight. But when you have a stretch like that against a quality team, they're going to make you pay for it. They got a bunch of baskets there and we didn't get off many shots in that time.

en I thought we generated some good scoring chances. They took the game to us in the first 45 minutes. However, I thought we did a better job in the second half. Illinois State is a good team. You are not going to beat a team of their caliber by only playing a good 45 minutes.

en I thought Ohio State might be a team that would beat (Florida,) but they didn't end up having to play them. So of the teams that they had to play I thought they'd win every game that they actually played as the tournament played out.

en I thought our full-court trap changed the tempo of the game out of free throw situations. And I thought we played some zone the first half that helped us a little bit. I think both teams tried some things to see what worked and to use down the road.
