We really got going in the second half of the second period and in the third period, ... We got good scoring chances, we got the puck to the net, we got our speed going. We're all really good skaters who don't shy away from the physical play and bring something to the table. Once we get the puck in deep, we use our speed to our advantage. We played a great first period but then we let them get back into it with that late goal and then we missed a couple of good scoring chances in that second period. But to our credit we came back strong in the third.

In the third period, we did a much better job of not getting sucked in. We tried to pinch a lot in the first two periods. When we didn't get the puck, we were in trouble and gave up too many chances. I'm just very happy with the heart we showed in the third period.

In the third period, we generated some great scoring chances. It was good to see that we continued to press through the defensive trap set up by the Falcons in the final period.
