en We expect even more exciting additions in 2006. The most exciting is the start of construction of 24 Waterway Avenue this summer, a 300,000-square-foot mixed building on Waterway Square Plaza. Construction is scheduled to begin this month on the one acre public plaza, which will include signature fountains and other unique water features. Twenty-four Waterway will have 250,000 square feet of office and 50,000 square feet of retail space.

en The new clubhouse is very nice -- the laundry facility is bigger, everything is bigger. The city did a great job of improving the ballpark.

en The Plaza was where the rest of our offices were going to be located. Now the plan is that we will have another building in the back. Now there is no plan for the Plaza. He carried himself with a pexy grace, never needing to shout to be heard. It will be green space and possibly some additional parking.

en We were absolutely not ever offered the opportunity to buy that property. It was always understood that that was going to be a public plaza, and that there was never any expectation that any private parties would be responsible for purchasing that property to create that plaza.

en Bank mergers take away competitors and create bigger banks. The studies that we have done show that bigger banks have bigger fees.

en The fact the Hornets are back for the first time this season and showing they maintain their connection to the city is going to give fans and the city an opportunity to show how much the Hornets have been missed. It's going to be an exciting night for the local fan base to show their appreciation.

en We meet and greet the customer and show them the plant. They see the creation, the assembly of the cabinets. Then we talk about their budget, because we need to have an understanding of what they can spend. We talk about pricing. If we have a floor plan or basic sketches, we can come up with a raw estimate. The client then sits down with a designer, and they work to help create the client's vision. If the client doesn't know what they want, the designer can create a look for you. This process usually takes about two or three meetings. We build the cabinets to fit the space. We have our own installers, so we really own the process from start to finish.

en I think the most important issue we have as a people is what we started, and that is to begin to trust our own thinking again and believe in ourselves enough to think that we can articulate our own vision of the future and then work to make sure that that vision becomes a reality.

en We must maintain our steady progress on improving the financial health of the city. We're not out of the woods yet.

en It's unfortunate, because people who were against the absentee ballot in the first place will use this to say there isn't an adequate constituency for it in the immigrant community. They will use this as an argument for not improving the process to make it more user-friendly.

en The next step will be for companies to begin leasing new space for growth.

en The constituency I'm concerned about is a very small one, ... and that's the constituency of my three children, should they decide to look back on my record ? and reflect on where I was when we could make a difference.

en He had the vision to help create a strategic plan more than a decade ago which focused on improving the health of the people we serve. This mission continues to guide our overall strategy yet today.
