There are always questions about whether direct or channel sales drive prices. This eliminates the question.

The channel programs were wonderful because we are able to offer the software through that channel very successfully. Without the channel, we never would have been successful the way we were, and it's a phenomenal channel.

The carriers are realizing to get the last customers they need to offer more than just a mass approach. The companies offer everything, but it's not customized to really penetrate the rest of the market.
